A one-time refundable deposit paid via a payment account (credit or debit card) at the time of joining.

Condition

This fee will be refunded when you want to unsubscribe from the services, provided, you have no dues pending and have had a minimum of 100 customer transactions completed.

SERVICE FEE

of the customer payment
Details

Fee every time the consumers make the minimum spend and eligible to use the points.

Condition

Charged every time a consumer makes the minimum spend and becomes eligible to use the points collected.

CAMPAIGN FEE

Fee for advertising your offer on LoyalT® app for consumers.

EXCHANGE FEE

of the value of the points exchanged
Details

Fee when customers redeem points of other brands at your brand. For example, a loyal customer of yours converts say 100 points from another business ‘B’ to 100 of your loyalty points. The value of these 100 points are arranged by LoyalT® to be given to you by the business ‘B’ and LoyalT® will charge you 5% of the value of these 100 points for providing this new revenue to you

*Initial free period (IFP) is the first 60 days from the date of joining LoyalT P.S. By subscribing to LoyalT, you are agreeing to pay the fees to LoyalT from your credit/debit card. The deposit amount is considered to be your credit limit with LoyalT. The ‘Net Payable’ amount will be directly charged to your designated card, whenever it reaches your credit limit.
